1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the Jolie Bride Templates online store at joliebridetemplates.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

2. Products

All products sold on this store are digital goods, specifically Canva-based templates for wedding websites, save the dates, and related wedding stationery. No physical goods are shipped. Each product listing includes a detailed description of what is included in the purchase.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region, as configured through Shopify Markets. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Jolie Bride Templates reserves the right to modify prices at any time, though any price change will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

4. Ordering Process

To place an order, select the desired product, proceed to checkout, and complete payment through the secure Shopify checkout. Upon successful payment, your order is confirmed and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your digital files will be delivered instantly via email and available in your Shopify account.

5. Digital Delivery

Delivery is immediate. Upon purchase, you will receive a PDF guide containing a direct link to your Canva template. The template opens directly in your free Canva account. If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at joliebridetemplates@gmail.com.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital template and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

7. License of Use

Each purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use personal license. The buyer may use the template for their own wedding or personal event and may reuse it for multiple personal events. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or claim the template design as their own for any commercial purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All template designs, illustrations, layouts, typography choices, and creative content are the exclusive intellectual property of Jolie Bride Templates, protected under French and international copyright law. The purchase of a template does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jolie Bride Templates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased templates, including but not limited to technical difficulties with third-party platforms such as Canva, Google Forms, or web browsers. The buyer is solely responsible for the content they add to the templates.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Reims, France. European consumers may also refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Modifications

Jolie Bride Templates reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the date of the buyer's order.
